The No. 5 was the quintessential Underwood. Millions of these machines were used by secretaries, journalists, government officials, and writers throughout the first half of the twentieth century.
The typewriter is in rustic vintage condition, knowing that it has been used for many years. It has only few signs of wear from regular usage, which you would expect from true vintage item. Please note that when typing, the keys do not automatically return to their original position.
