Vintage apothecary bottle
Vintage Apothecary Bottle with Snake and Chalice Symbol – 6 Sizes
Once used to store potions, tinctures, or bitters, these antique glass bottles now whisper of old pharmacies and daily rituals.Their rectangular shape and embossed details make them perfect for modern slow living — as small vases, herbal storage, or poetic decor.
These vintage apothecary bottles date from the early 20th century and feature a distinct rectangular shape with rounded shoulders. Each bottle bears a raised symbol of a snake coiled around a chalice — the ancient emblem of pharmacy and healing. A nod to the wisdom of old apothecaries.
Most are made of thick amber glass, one is pale green, and all have minor imperfections from time and use — such as air bubbles, inner cloudiness, or small chips. Some bottle tops may be sharp where the glass is cracked.
Available in six sizes. Use them to store dried herbs, essential oils, small flowers, or simply as rustic accents in your home or studio.
Good vintage condition. Some bottles show signs of age and internal glass defects. A few have cracked or sharp top edges — priced accordingly.
