Vintage camera Baldina
Vintage camera Baldina – a moment unfolding like a flower
Born in Dresden, Germany in the 1950s, this folding camera opens with a gentle click, like a quiet notebook being unlocked. Balda Baldina — or sometimes called Baldinette — was made for a time when film rolls were promises, not just nostalgic trends.
Its compact metal body, wrapped in leatherette, conceals mechanical precision: shutter speeds up to 1/500 sec, aperture from f/2.9 to f/16. With one fold, the lens extends — and you're ready to shoot, in black and white or color.
This camera doesn’t need speed or screens. Just light, patience, and your eye. Perfect as a display piece, part of a collection, or for those who want to return to a time when every photo was a decision.
Beautiful vintage item! Great piece for your vintage camera collection!
Technical note: Shutter fires, aperture adjusts, and focus ring moves smoothly. The camera has not been film-tested recently, but all mechanical parts operate freely and the optics are clean. Sold as "visually tested, not film-tested."
